The company started as a result of creating a short student film at the School of Visual
Arts(SVA). It's founder who teaches film production and screenwriting is dedicated to
producing high quality low-budget films. The company was started in August of 2004.
Because of the high cost of 35mm film, the company is using Super 16mm and the latest in
high definition video, which have been used to shoot various independent films throughout
the years that have gone on to receive critical acclaim.
